Thank you for choosing illumeMD. These policies allow us to provide exceptional care, respect everyone’s time, and create a calm, professional experience for all patients.
Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations
Deposits
Most services at illumeMD require a deposit at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.

Deposits are applied toward your service total at checkout.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be applied toward the cancellation fee.

If you do not show for your appointment, your deposit will be applied toward the no-show fee.

If no cancellation or no-show fees apply, your deposit will be fully credited to your invoice at the time of service.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment when proper notice is given.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.

In cases of inclement weather, family emergency, or other uncontrollable circumstances, illumeMD reserves the discretion to waive the fee.

illumeMD also reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments when necessary and will make every effort to accommodate you at a convenient time.
No-Shows

A “no-show” occurs when a client does not arrive for their appointment and does not contact the office.

No-shows may be charged a $100 fee due to lost appointment time.

Any deposit on file will be applied toward this fee.
Late Arrivals

Appointments begin and end as scheduled.

Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.

The full value of the service will still be charged.

We will always do our best to serve you well during the remaining time of your appointment.
Multiple Services Booked
When two or more services are scheduled:

All services are reserved specifically for you.

If you arrive but choose to complete only part of your scheduled services, the remaining services will be treated as late cancellations.

A cancellation fee will apply to any scheduled services not completed unless 48 hours’ notice was given to modify the appointment.

Any deposit will first be applied to cancellation charges, with any remaining balance applied to completed services.
Children in the Clinic
For the safety of children and the relaxation of our guests, children under the age of 12 are not permitted unless they are the patient receiving treatment.
Referral Program
An existing patient who refers a new patient will receive a $25 illumeMD gift card once the new patient completes and pays for their first service.

The new patient must list the referring patient’s name on their registration form.

No retroactive referral credits will be given.
Product & Service Policies
Returns

All services and products are final sale.

Unopened products, free of any tampering, may be returned for office credit with management approval.

Under certain circumstances, management may offer office credit or complimentary services if a treatment was reasonably unsatisfactory.
Packages & Series

Packages and series purchases are non-refundable.
Promotions
-
Promotions and special pricing cannot be combined.

Promotions must be presented at the time of service.

Price adjustments will not be made on previous purchases or services.
Gratuity
Gratuity is always optional.
Gift certificates do not include gratuity unless noted.
Cell Phone Use
Please keep phones on silent and limit use in common areas. We ask that phones not be used during treatments so you can fully relax and your provider can focus on your care.
Personal Belongings
Please keep track of your personal items. illumeMD is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

Prices, services, promotions, and programs are subject to change without notice.
